Basically is a man with kissable lips. A REALLY HOT MAN. It's not someones name exactly but it's more of a title you apply to a man. It's a type of gay slang that originated from gay leather clubs down in the southern United States. It's almost considered offensive because it's like calling a gay person even more gay then can be possibly imagined, but it's still slang used today in Gay clubs like the Underwater Indian Man in Milwaukee.

Guy 1 "omg look at that kips over there. I just wanna smooch him so much"
Guy 2 " oh you're right. Look at that hunk of a man."

It's the mix between a Yarn ball and a fondle. Kind of strange I know but it's basically when a man jumps into snow in his underwear, then he fondles his yarny balls. It's a popular event in a gay club in Milwaukee called the Underwater Indian Man.
