Rat city is a reincarnation of one of the greatest meme factions to date. After the call of the crusading rats of the Holy rat empire they are reborn as the Rat City Mafia. A meme based off of Mafia City. It was not as raging as it's predecessor due to the loss of great leadership but the Rat City Mafia will always strike fear into the hearts of all who appose the meme factions.

Seppy is what you call someone if they watch to much Jojo. the word seppy is a direct reference to the show so it highly offends anyone who hears it and watches the show. A Seppy basically only consumes all happiness that is gained from the Anime and then makes people turn and the colour blue in the pure amount of sick they feel. Anyone in a cult of the Seppy is a Sepparatist and must be Treated with absolute caution.

Basically is a man with kissable lips. A REALLY HOT MAN. It's not someones name exactly but it's more of a title you apply to a man. It's a type of gay slang that originated from gay leather clubs down in the southern United States. It's almost considered offensive because it's like calling a gay person even more gay then can be possibly imagined, but it's still slang used today in Gay clubs like the Underwater Indian Man in Milwaukee.

Guy 1 "omg look at that kips over there. I just wanna smooch him so much"
