cool/funny; used primarily..actually pretty much ONLY in the bay area. It's great to use when you want to make someone laugh, for sure :)

a word used when one is bored, or a name for someone who has no life.

EXAMPLE 1

amy: i have nothing to do..
jessica: dude seriously..boing

EXAMPLE 2:

kayla: why are you reading? we're at a dance for heavens sake..

milly: its fun!
