Depicts those individuals who are drawn towards ghetto starred accomadation in order to prolong their miserable journey. May also depict a temporary domicile that is more like a homeless shelter than a hostel -slumpackers.
Be wary of that slumpacker. He is syphoning abandoned drinks off of other peoples tables.

As with kleptomania the underminiac is largely unconscious of this behavior even though it might seem like they take sadistic gratification from it. Their victims are often left realizing how badly they were trashed for days and weeks afterward as many of the undermining comments are not initially obvious.
