V3rmillion (www.v3rmillion.net) is a forum that people call a bad place for bad Roblox hacks while in reality it's a forum that's most popular for it's Roblox Exploiting and marketplace, with some other boards, like Lounge, Roblox Exploiting, Marketplace and uhh... everything else on the website is either dead or has a niche community.
