A form of 'moaning'. Primarily used by women to complain about nearly anything and everything.

Lisa nagged continuously from the moment she opened her eyes to the moment she went to bed.

Something that women typically do to men when men come home from a 12-14 hour work day.
Men dread even going home and find excuses to stay at work longer to avoid this.

Co-Worker: Man I can't wait to go home.
Man: I can, I really don't want to go home.
Co-Worker: Why? Something wrong?
Man: The woman is gonna nag at me for not taking out the trash again when she is fully capable of doing that herself. She sits around all day watching soap operas.
Co:Worker: Sounds rough.

Commonly heard in smoke filled gambling holes in reference to a horse who has performed in a sub par manner and has usually cost a bearded old coot his fortnightly welfare cheque.
Often implies the animal in question may be only a short trip away from the glue factory.

Carn ya nag daddy needs a new bottle o moonshine!

Nag

A word invented by chauvinistic men to insult and belittle women who have to ask them to perform a small task multiple times before they actually decide to do it. Used primarily by lazy people to justify the fact that they show no inclination to do anything productive whatsoever.

Gary: My sister Chloe is such a nag. How dare she suggest politely that I peel my fat ass from this couch and clean up the mess I made in the kitchen!
