It is joke often made by emo people to express their love of life. If you hear and emo or anyone say this, it is a joke and it would be best for you to laugh at it. This will make them feel really good, so good in fact they may begin to repeat it more and more regularly. Just keep laughing or when it gets annoying say "Then do it". This is the proper response to this joke.
