Adj. A word for autistic persons. Coined as early as the early 2010s in a published blog by the same name.
In the early 2020s it was popularized on TikTok by the black autistic community. By 2023 it was heavily used to be exclusionary of other members of the autistic community with false claims of the word being AAVE.
