The act of confessing feelings for a girl way too early.
This term comes from the show How I Met Your Mother, after the main character Ted Mosby tells a girl he's interested in that he thinks he's in love with her after their first date.
Later in the series, the term "Mosbying" is coined after Ted's friend Barney hooks up with a girl at a party, doesn't want to see her again, and tell her he's in love with her to make her want nothing to do with him.

Telling someone who you are romantically interested in and who is interested in you as well that you love them, causing them to not feel any romantic interest towards you and freaking them out.
Telling a woman you're interested in and have realized you love at some point you love her, causing her to lose any of the obvious romantic feelings she had for you.
Same for a woman towards a man.
I.e. the exchange between Barney and Robin in How I Met Your Mother, and also the reason for the name itself - Ted Mosby from How I Met Your Mother.
"Tim just pulled a Mosby on Rachel"
"Oh God, he's never going to be able to get with her then. She was talking about how much she liked him just last week too"

Noun. Describes a guy who completely falls for, obsesses over, and acts like an overwrought douche for essentially every girl he meets, who by the way, is undoubtedly, "the one". Typically characteristic of a guy who is single while all of his close friends are in relationships who desperately wants to be hooked up. Usually found cute, at first, by girls he pursues but then is quickly slogged off.
Steve: "Wow! Logan just met that girl last week and he's already talking about moving in together!"
Tom: "I know. He's such a total Mosby."
