Decoto is in the eastside of Union City,Ca , it is also right next to Newark and Fremont. Decoto is a territory marked by nortenos, their is a McDonalds in Decoto where blacks get jumped by nortenos so if you are black i dont recomend going there. Decoto became famouse because of the rappers that come from there, such as speedy loc and many other great Norteno rappers.
decoto is a territory in eastside union city, ca. it is bigger then it's other counterpart in westside union city, ca. old alvarado.
