Cottahouse

This is when you purchase a property that satisfies both your housing needs but is like a cottage in the sense that it is serves both purposes. A residence that allows you to have the luxuries of home but is ‘out of town’ and may be on or near the water in a non-urban environment. Therefore, it serves both purposes in one residence. A hybrid property that combines two interests conveniently into one.

We can’t afford to buy both a cottage and keep the house so we are going to gey a cottahouse out of town.

A tweenior is the age at which you are between middle age and being a full senior citizen. It is also when you are in that early stage of denial when you don't want to full be called a senior citizen. Somewhere in the range of 55 to 65 you may be referred to as a "tweenior". This may be for either vanity purposes or could even be a new demographic age reference.
