One who bears children strictly for the welfare benefits that follow the birth. Such people never actually utilize these benefits to support their children but to support their drug, alcohol, etc... habits. This is usually done by people who for one reason or another, cannot or will not obtain legitimate employment so resort to becoming a pro mom.

a young woman between the ages of 16 and 30 who lives near a military base located outside the U.S. A soldier bunnies mission in life is to snag a military man and marry him for the sole purpose of gaining a free ride to the U.S. Once the soldier bunny has acomplished her mission, she then drops her new military husband and proceeds to hopscotch around the U.S. freeloading off of any man who will look her way. If the soldier bunny happens to bear a child as a result of this union, she will often leave her child with the father and is often more than happy to terminate her parental rights. This usually happens when the father of the child goes after his former soldier bunny wife for child support.
The Soldier bunny put on an obscene amount of make up, donned skin tight jeans and a sweater, and went to the GI dance at the military installation in order to con a Private into marrying her.

typically a white female (sometimes male) between the ages of 16 and 40 whom partakes in the mass consumption of methamphetamine or crack cocaine, which in turn causes so much damage to her central nervous system that she writhes around uncontrollably. This woman will also exchange nasty sexual acts for said narcotic because her welfare check only goes so far.
look at that skank over there, twitching like a dying fish.... she must really be jonesing for some rock.

one who receives public benefits for an ongoing period of years. This woman will squeeze out a host of children professional mother for the sole purpose of reaping the government assistance that follows. This woman is also known to supplement such income by becoming a parasite to various "boyfriends" and living off of their hard earned paycheck. Most welfare queens will never change and will live off of welfare until their eggs have dried up, or they find some sucker to support them and their 6 kids.
wife: "honey, I saw an eviction notice today on the door, why are we being evicted??"
Husband" "well, my baby's momma took half my paycheck again, because she is a lazy welfare queen. Looks like it's Top Ramen and living at motel 6 for us"

The wife of one's father. Not the biological mom whom actually gave birth to the child but the one who sometimes...... not always though, provides half of the financial, emotional, and moral support for a child that is not from her loins. Such women will also provide a loving, disciplined, and stable structure for the step kids while the bio mom collects a tidy sum in child support(even for months when dad and stepmom have the child) sleeps with a plethora of different men (sometimes providing the stepchild with a new half sibling) and parties like a rock star.
I have to go spend the summer with my dad and stepmom. We can't go to Disney World though because my dad has no money cause my mom gets it all.
