A person whose quality of work is so poor that they are bound to be fired. Based on the Star Trek characters that suck so much at their job that they end up getting killed on always missions while all of the other officers don't even break a sweat.
Holly doesn't even know enough about her job to make a single decision. She can't even understand the basics of here own job. What a red shirt.

Someone who raises a flag to ask the same question again and again. Ironically, they never remember the answers or learn to think for themselves. They just keep asking tons of questions for every little thing.
