There seems to be a misconception on this post as to what prep is. A prep is someone who prides themselves in academic and athletic achievements. A prep has usually attended a prep school or is now attending a prestigious college. A prep is a young adult that appreciates tradition. A prep needs no further explaination as to what exeter or andover means/are? maybe even knows people there. A prep is usually simple/humble with no need to show off there wealth, because rich does not mean prep. A prep has good mannors.

Fashion-jcrew, brooks brothers, ll bean, vineyard yines, polo, lilly, etc.....polos, birks, oxfords, mandres...(ABERCROMBIE AND AE ARE NOT PREP)
Automobiles- volvo wagon, jeep, old benz or bmw, etc...
Vacation Hot Spots- Cape Cod, Colorado, Vermont, the Vineyard, Nantucket, etc...
Pass Times- sailing, skiing, lacrosse, tennis, golf, frisbee, partys...
Music- phish, dead, widespread panic, jack johnson, ben harpers, keller williams, etc...
