Describes the person who is doing, working, acting. The term is used as a way of telling the bearer of unwanted, unnessesary and bullshit advice to shut up, fuck off and leave you alone. Its a way of letting them know that you are the man and yuu have the current situation under control. Or can also describe the more dominant person as in the guy who tells other the way its going to be.
My boss was a fucking legend but I thought he was doing something wrong. So i tried to offer my advice and he responded with "I'm the one who's fucking the chicken". Or my girlfriend being a pain in the arse and doing shit that is pissing me off so I had to tell her listen bitch "I'm the one who's fucking the chicken".

The act of taking a puff of Methamphetamines or Amphetamines from a glass style pipe. The drug is melted and the pipe twirled to allow the melted substance to give off a thick white smoke which is inhaled, causing the user to become euphoric.

When a peice of sea weed is stuck or caught on an obstruction and is being pulled by the current but refuses to break free. It is just being pulled by the tide flapping about.
A large price of sea weed is floating at the boat ramp right on top of my propeller cause it is Skagged on my moor rope.

This refers to the King of Meth smoking. He is the biggest drug user and abuser who puffs away on more Meth than any other person known. Among users he is held in the same regard as a loving god. He is revered by all Meth heads and shunned by all of normal society. To must people he is just a myth. However a select few people have reported to having Come into contact with this Demon.
