Common folklore that is actually quite scary when you think about it. I actually know one that you could look into and make up your own mind
The 1970's band The Ohio Players released a single in the early years of the decade called 'Love Rollercoaster'. Listen to that song when it is half-way through and, if you listen very closely, you can hear the scream of a woman being murdered.

Get the Urban Legend mug.Fantastic musician who writes excellent songs and tops them off with a brilliant sound. His music is innovative and has a point to it, which is more than what can be said for the plastic, tasteless artists of today, e.g. Good Charlotte. He is just truly awesome.
Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out, Born To Run, Born In The U.S.A, Thunder Road, She's The One. truly mesmerising stuff.

Get the bruce springsteen mug.Old fashion Southern U.S. rock band composed of three brothers and a cousin, all from Memphis, Tennessee.
They do a very good job of revitalising good old rock 'n' roll, and their album Youth and Young Manhood is totally kick-ass.

Molly's Chambers, California Waiting and Red Morning Light are my personal favourites. Great band, great music.

Get the kings of leon mug.On 30th January 1972, a vast amount of Roman Catholics in Derry, Northern Ireland, demonstrated a Civil Rights march due to the fact the Catholics were being denied their human rights in most parts of Northern Ireland. The marchers were soon confronted by a blockade of heavily-armed British soldiers who refused to let them continue marching.Lets be realistic here, if you were firstly being denied your Civil Rights, and then prevented from continuing a peaceful march for your rights, you would be more than incensced. So the marchers began throwing sticks and bricks at the soldiers, who were armed with very lethal firearms. Why couldn't they just let them keep on marching? isn't it a bit fascist to deny someone the right to march in favour of their own rights? So then the troops, who knew full-well the effect of their weaponry, opened fire on the marchers, hitting 27 people and killing 13. The troops had lethal weaponry and protective gear on. And they murdered civilians with melee weapons, who were only trying to convince people that they were human beings with rights too.
Don't give me that 'paras are heros' crap. I am half-Irish and some of my family members died in that incident. The military are trained to handle situations professionally, and none of them were injured or killed on that day. Just goes to show that you can't start off something reasonable without some gung-ho arsehole angering you and breaching your rights.

Get the bloody sunday mug.Brilliant film that is one of Al Pacino's finest moments. Scarface tells the story of ruthless, foul-mouthed Cuban exile Tony Montana (Pacino). Arriving in Miami alongside thousands of Cuban immigrants during the 1980 Mariel Harbour boatlift, Montana rapidly begins to climb the ranks of the local cocaine cartel. After a long cycle of blood, profanity, spitting, and extreme violence, Tony makes it all the way to the top, but his drug-addled paranoia (a result of 'getting high on his own supply') proves to be his downfall.

Get the scarface mug.A good nu-metal band who sing about how ugly the world is . Their masks and clothing are a symbol that represents their knowledge of how gruesome and horrifying life is when it all boils down to it. I would rather listen to Slipknot than all the superficial townie garbage that most kids listen to. That kind of music is unintelligable gibberish made by artists who frequently get into trouble for gun possession and assault. Slipknot is much better.
'Oh look at me, i'm a member of So Solid Crew, I got arrested for carrying an offensive weapon, i'm so proud

Get the slipknot mug.Brilliant, and at times surreal comedy that ran on BBC2 from 1981-82. The characters were Rick (Rik Mayall), an irritating sociology student and Marxist that nobody liked, Neil (Nigel Planer) a depressed hippy who did all the work around the house, Vyvyan (Adrian Edmondson)a violent and aggressive medical student and punk fan, and Mike ( Christopher Ryan) a suave, narcissistic Cockney with an eye for the ladies. Alexei Sayle also appeared in each episode as different members of the Balowski family, and the shows creator Ben Elton made numerous apperances. Fantastic, if you get a chance to watch it, do.
