A Jeffrey is someone who ignores all types of responsibility, always makes the easy choices, never invests time for future benefits, never stands from himself, doesn't workout, always follows the group and the group's opinions like a little monkey, masturbates all day, is addicted to dopamine, watches tiktok, has an extremely low attention span, will mostly hate on persons trying to help him, will hate people on self-improvement, and is overall, in some way, the worse type of human being but also the most common one.
