Examples include sildenafil/Viagra, tadalafil/Cialis, and vardenafil/Levitra. Sometimes referred more crudely as "hard-on pills", root-heisters are definitely in demand and sell briskly in the black market alongside heroin, cocaine, and any other illicit drug, with one diamond-shaped Viagra pill fetching $10 each at the time of this writing.
