The blending of the two words Repulsive and Pungent. When something or someone is so disgusting it is offensive to the eyes and the nostrils.

I don't think Miles has showered today; He is so repungent.

To extremely repel or disgust someone. In a skin-crawling, body shaking manner, usually accompanied by the exclamation "urrrrgggghhhh".

I was utterly repunged by his ginger body hair.
