being relatively broke after purchasing a house or property due to the mortgage payments or other related expenses. although your total value and worth in assets is increasing by the mere fact that you are owning a property, your monthly liquid assets are fairly tight.

The mortgage will be twice that of my current rent, I'm going to be so house poor after the closing.

horse poor 

adj. used to describe someone (often a man in a relationship with a horsegirl/woman) who probably makes a decent salary and would be otherwise well off is but broke due to excessive spending on horses (often to appease the horse-crazed wishes of the horsegirl/woman).

Poolhouse 

A magical spot to drink beer with the homies, smoke copious amounts weed, and of course pack fat lippers. Also known as the sanctuary. Its next to a pool. No zombies allowed.

Guy 1: What do you want to do tonight?

Guy 2: Dude, are you kidding? Let's get crossfaded at the poolhouse until we can't see straight and then play N64 smash bros.

the act of taking a shit while a hot shower is running with the door closed; and having your intimate one walk in in disgust do to the foul smell.

"Hey Mike, where'd Melissa go?"
