name of an indian girl. It means Unique/ unconventional- not based on what is generally believed. for example: not based on outdated/ backward or negative customs or traditions.

“Reet” in indian language means a custom/tradition. Whereas, “Areet” means Without any such tradition which is outdated or negative.

Use is most widespread in Northern England, esp. Yorkshire, Derbyshire. Replaces 'Alright?'; 'Are you alright?' as a term of greeting.

Example:
"Areet, 'ows tha goin'?"
(Ah-Rayt, ow-z tha guh-in)

Areej 

Areej is a rare and unique name of someone who is filled with joyous and charisma, the type of person that can bring a smile to your face within milliseconds. Areej has the most beautiful voice in which she uses it to sing songs in whichever language she wants.
She tends to be awkward-yet hilarious at times and its just a blessing to observe.
She's smart, frail and quite angelic. However she can be frightful with her glares. The type where she shoots daggers at you and it's just all too scary. But she's one who's soft inside, though she takes time to process everything that happens around her.
