To have a sook (to bitch, complain, etc.), on Facebook, by posting it as your status. Most often done by fat emo girls, usually every half hour.

Emo girl: Wtf my life sux soooo bad gaiz ahh.
Person: Get off Sookbook and tell someone who cares. And lose some weight.
