B-walt originates from Soviet Russia origins. Typically, a B-walt is a smart, handsome man. He may be short in size, but his massive penis makes up for his height. The B-walt family were very powerful in Soviet Russia, so a statue was built to honor the communist ruler, Czar B-walt.
