Bømlo 

A small island located at the west coast of Norway. Populated by a tribe named bømlinga. They live secluded and is unaware of the outside world. Not due to lack of contact, but because an innate inability to understand anything beyond the ocean waves surrounding the islet. Some say it is the beauty of the place demanding all possible comprehension of its inhabitants, other say it is inbreed.
