you thrown an insect the size of a tick/flea onto someone as you run away or leave.
then that person gets very itchy like a dog/animal

could mean a rigged explosive.

a broken clock that the tick wont move.

it means to flirt, to think about winking to wink at someone, to be silly. to hint something as a joke, when someone is the bad guy and they are muddling around, warning everyone of their tricks. playing a trick on someone
