Everyone in Twitch.tv uses this to answer to questions regarding the music playing.

Originating from the Dota 2 streams on Twitch.tv, being spammed when someone plays the hero Sandking, whose second ability also has the name Sandstorm, today this is used all over Twitch.tv chats and youtube comments when someone asks what the name of a song is.
