Luffy is the main character in the anime and manga, One Piece. He is the captain of the famous Straw Hat pirates. Luffy's dream is to become king of the pirates by finding the legendary treasure, the One Piece, left behind by Gol D. Roger. Luffy has black hair, round black eyes, and he is quite muscular. He wears a straw hat and a red vest with sandals. His current bounty is 1,500,000,000. Luffy is kind-hearted and optimistic. He is kind of dumb, but he is willing to risk his life to protect his friends and his dream. He also eats all the time and in large quantities, but never seems to gain any weight.
