A form of fake sympathy. You say it to sound like you care, but everyone around you knows you don't.

Jenny: So many guys like me! It's really hard choosing which one I want. This sucks!"

Tiana: "Oh yeah. It must suck having tons of guys liking you. I'm sabbing so hard right now."
