On Fridays, when you observe a significant population of your Facebook friends (usually girls) make their status about being happy or excited that it is Friday, most often waiting since Monday. This may seem redundant or reassuring, depending on the person observing.

Ashley: guess what?!?!?! It's FRIDAY!
(John looks at Britney's status right below Ashley's)
Britney: can't wait to get off work since it's FRIDAY!
John thinks to himself: Thanks for the Friday Reminder, girls.

When you are done playing Guitar Hero (or another similar game), and you look around and everything looks like it is moving up (or down).
Chris: Haha, Rob tripped over the table. Are you dizzy?
