An adjective, in Latin American Spanish, that refers to an individual as being high on a stimulant or upper, usually cocaine or meth, characterized by narrow pupils, sweating, excessive and rapid speech, and generalized hyperactivity. In English, this is referred to as being geeked.

Exchanging, peering, carrying or otherwise handling large quantities of data traffic on your ISP company's equipment, bound for network or computer systems other than your own. Especially as applied on large area networks such as the Internet.
When the Europeans finally were able to buy their first legal iPhone, the Internet was too busy backboning their activations traffic for me to Google at work today.
