Whenever you friend cheats on or has thoughts of cheating on his girl this word is used to put them in there place and or mock them at the same time
Joseph joestar and main example Michael kelso are 2 particular clueless cinnamon roll like people who can be taken advantage of easily when aroused or in the right sinarrio than can cause then to stray from there beloveds
Case in point whenever your clueless friend is lost in a sea of hot wamens its up to you (the one man thot patrol) to save them by stopping them or saying stop Kelsoing around so they don't disgrace their queen
In any case before or after Kelsoing is what you call out to you friend once he's has cheated or thinking of cheating on his girl with some fresh thot

Simp Money is defined as a term for stupid or outrageous spending decisions to even semi outrageous or pricey ones! Usually ones that seems stupid at the time or just feels like you're wasting your money on. These caliber to decisions you feel like you're either going to regret because it's not going to be worth the money or that seem outrageously overpriced than it should be.
