An Adjective that describes a person that is lazy, who is very polite, and usually doesn't get out very much.They excessively use "Thats What She Said Jokes" and is very awkward in public.

Lenny: Man, I don't want to go out today.
Frank: Dude! Your acting like A Garret!
Lenny: Thats not cool man!
