Get the BMSmug. A more internally-focused sibling to the alpha male. While the alpha male quantifies himself on his high position in the social hierarchy, a sigma male prefers to forego the social hierarchy and need for external validation altogether and pursue internal strength instead. Essentially a "loner" or a stray man, although sigma males may have a close circle of friends and loved ones with whom they share a deep connection. The sigma male is not socially inept but simply socially disinterested. Prefers solitary activities where he doesn't have to play social politics and can simply focus on himself. The sigma male accepts that he does not need power over others as the alpha male desires, but rather needs only power to control himself and preserve his own autonomy from others. Sigma males are often pragmatic but may be seen by others as aloof, paranoid, secretive or selfish.

Get the dovemug. A pernicious type of male sex traitor that is enslaved to their need to be accepted by women, and is willing to denigrate their own sex in order to pursue it. A simp will donate endless amounts of money to thots on streaming services such as Twitch, either oblivious or uncaring to the fact that they are devaluing the effort of everyone who can't get popular simply by acting like a slut, and therefore has to provide actual value. This is demeaning to both sexes because it throws men under the bus and enables the commodification of women, undoing decades of progress that has been made getting people to see women for their actual value, instead of merely being seen as a means to sexual gratification.
A simp has absolutely no sense of self, or of self-respect, and is so desperate for coochie that he will pander endlessly, completely missing the fact that he is being sexist by refusing to demand the high standards for female streamers that everyone else demands for male streamers or those that aren't attractive.
Hilariously, most women see straight through this bullshit and won't give simps the time of day, unless they are deliberately exploiting said simps for money. This is evident in the pervasive, samey-looking modern architecture styles (usually ones that are full of glass), that purport to be "modern" and "progressive" but are actually just ugly and depressing. Another example is the "corporate art style", known as "alegria", that is universially condemned as hideous.
