Sparky

To call someone cute, usually aimed at teenage girls. Of which who aren't usually hot or sexy or 'fit' but aren't ugly. This makes them very cute, and possibly beautiful.

Usually very good to go out with, if you wish to be treated well.

Girls may call each other 'Sparky'
