A glitch, most commonly found on simulations, where the game's physics fail to render and produce funny results.
The most notable funny physics explosions are on the virtual game known as ROBLOX, but are known as the "hinge spasms". If it occurs on a vehicle, you might as well pronounce it as totaled.
