A McGangbang is a combination of a double cheeseburger and a McChicken from Mcdonalds. You take the chicken and one bun and add it to your double cheeseburger and you have the McGangbang. Resembles a Big Mac but you have chicken on the top and beef on the bottom.
Friend 1: Hey man you want to stop and get something to eat?
Friend 2: Na man, I am stuffed.. I just had a McGangbang from Mcdonalds.
