A drug addict that will do anything for a fix and visits the drug dealer too often. annoying weak person

1. When the ring leader of a circle of friends is a woman. Same as "King Pin" only a female.

2. When a group of women go out for "girls night out" and are looking for men that they can manipulate.

1. She's the Queen Pimp of that group.
