Ding dang do comes from a British television show called 'Max and Paddy'. It is used to say something is ok. Also Northern slang.
Friend: 'For lunch do you want a steak?'
Me: 'Aye, that'll ding dang do for me!'

woo me used to celebrate that great person who is your self. Started out when someone yelled 'woo debbie' to me as I walked past so I replied with 'Woo me'. Use as a celebratory phrase.
boss: I have to tell say you did a really good job last nigh. I may give you a promotion.
me: Woo me!!!
