Ok. My name is Lexie, and this is what my friends say, so I think this is the definition.
"Wow Lexie! Your so cool!"

So, my conclusion-
A short, hot girl who attracts lots of guys. Usually with hair ranging from brown to golden color, and beautiful hazel eyes. This girl is the life of the party and leaves no one bored. Everyone loves her.
