Female to Male transexual chest surgery. The reduction or removal of the female breast tissue to create a male-appearing chest. Depending on the original size, this surgery may be done through simple liposuction, minimally invasive keyhole incision, or double incision mastectomy, with or without nipple grafting.
I started my physical transition from female to male with testosterone injections in 2000, but was unable to have my top surgery until five years later.

Slightly slang term used by many (not all) transmen, or female to male transexuals to describe their phallus. The female clitoris grows into a small penis as a result of testosterone therapy. FYI, we all start out in the womb as female, and in the beginning, we all have a clitoris. It is the introduction of hormones in the womb, determined by our chromosomes, that determine our sex.
