A bust/failure, the term is used when someone is trying to play up something, party, show, activity, etc. You use it when responding to the invitation because you know it will be a bust.
Q: Hey dude, you going to the partai that Guber invited you to, he said there will be so many girls, booze, and music?
A: Nah, sounds like a bogey, did you not hear about his last partai?

Adjective. Used to describe blatantly overprocessed vocals on recordings, or in a more general sense, as a disparaging description of any and all aspects of overproduced records. Refers to a popular pitch-correcting plugin for Pro Tools digital recording systems.
"Someone tell Britney her voice sounds like autotune."
"Dude, could they have compressed the rhythm guitar a little more? This sounds like autotune, man!"

Horrid vibration of air waves that strike the ear drum, thus sending information to the brain that is interpreted as sound and deciphered as "crap" or "shit".
Joe: How do you like that new rap song?
D : Oh you mean the one on MTV?
Joe: Yeah, that's the one!
D : Like all rap.... it sounds like crap.
