When a lawyer's opinion is incoherent as a result of misplaced reliance on an authority.

Dave: "The Closing Argument was incohesive."

Bob: "Incohesive? That's not a word."

Dave: "Yes, it is absolutely a word."

Bob: Checks google - "See you're wrong Dave, idiot."

Unnamed Associate: Clicks into first google link - "Actually Dave is right, Bob your opinion on this is incohesive."
