When you are hyping someone up, it could be anybody, it’s an expression you use. It’s like saying “look at you go” , as in you are going places or you are doing something cool, brave, iconic.
Stranger/friend: I do karaoke! *shows you a video of them singing karaoke*
You, hyping them: YESSSS!!! LOOK AT YOU!!!!

What you say in response to someone's boasting. A condescending, sarcastic way of subtly letting them know you don't give a fuck. Tends not to work on the subtlety-impaired, though.
Look at you.

the most amazing comedy show on this earth! a spoof educational show, in which the presenters give misinformation, for example, 'who composed the song, happy birthday?' "James bond"

A phrase used to respond to an insult about yourself to suggest that whilst this insult may be true, the person that said it can also be accused of it, often to a larger extent.

The phrase used by a girl when you're so good looking that she can't even look at you because it turns them on so much that they might do something in public with you that may go viral or get them arrested.

A famous line from the film "Casablanca" (1942), starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Rick Blane (Bogart) says it multiple times throughout the movie to Ilsa Lund (Bergman).
Ilsa: When I said I would never leave you.
Rick: And you never will. But I've got a job to do, too. Where I'm going, you can't follow. What I've got to do, you can't be any part of. Ilsa, I'm no good at being noble, but it doesn't take much to see that the problems of three little people don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you'll understand that. Now, now... Here's looking at you kid.
