"Sex Bases"
In relation to baseball, these terms are used as describing how far someone has gone with someone sexually. 4 F's.
1st Base: French (Makeing-out, french kissing)
2nd Base: Feel (getting felt up, feeling eachothers genitals)
3rd Base: Finger ("fingering", blowjob, handjob ECT)
Home Run: Fuck (AKA: "Going all the way" ie: having sex)

#Based is all about being yourself and not caring what anybody else thinks. If you followed Lil B The BasedGod on twitter you'd know he's actually a very deep person who constantly talks about being yourself and staying positive. People like myself know what he's doing. The things a runner must touch in order to get a home run in baseball. Quite frankly, I'm surprised that you don't know this. "Baseball" is America's favorite pastime ;).
