A Tuna Vulture is a man or a group of men who flock around a single woman in an attempt to eat out her stank pussy, or to have sex. This usually involves an ugly ass girl who looks on the brink death (smell included) and a pair of several desperate men who had not had sex or a pussy to eat out in a very long time.

The woman sat down at the cafeteria for lunch and the Tuna Vultures immediately took the seats around her.

A person who takes advantage of recently deceased celebrities to gain attention/praise online by submitting fan material (drawings, character customizations in games, low-effort AI art) while not being genuine or longtime fans of any sort; strictly performative grief. Coming across as well-intentioned shields them from criticism of their ulterior motives.

This guy on reddit just farmed 80,000 likes from his Ozzy Osbourne AI-generated eulogy. Just last week he was saying heavy metal is lame. The corpse isn't even cold yet! What a karma vulture.
