The Natasha is an unlockable Heavy Primary weapon, and it almost looks like the stock minigun. Each bullet slows down the player for a decent amount of time and grants 20% damage resistance when spun-up if the player's HP is lower than 50% of 300 (aka heavy's maximum health). This is automatically given to players if they get 16 achievements, the downside to the Natasha is the bullets deal 25% less damage against enemies: but this is most likely forgotten since the slow down makes it easier to kill other players.
