Windows Movie Maker

your default video editing software on windows os, does the most basic things. It is a good to use if you're a beginner due to its lack of advanced features and anything past that you want to use sony vegas or adobe.

Pros:
*It's default program on windows os (free!)
*does the basics of video editing
*great starting point for tinkering around

Cons:
*lack of advanced features
*limited file type support (can only import .avi and various other common file types)
Windows Movie Maker is a program that's useful for first timers of video editing and after a week or so you'll move on to something else because the features are so primitive...

Windows Movie Maker

A nice little program that basic people use to get the job done. Exports a low quality film, usually plagued with stupid white text on blue background. Those who just want to "get the job done" use this tool, while the rest of us would desire something else such as Sony Vegas, or Adobe After Effects.
Windows Movie Maker is good for those little projects where you don't care how good it looks.

Windows Movie Maker

Windows Movie Maker Is an editor that was made by Microsoft. Its known as a crappy 1990 bootleg editor that was released around the days of Windows XP. In late 2005, with the making of Youtube, people all around the world started to use Windows Movie Maker as their only resort to a video editor PS (BEFORE the days of Sony Vegas which DID actually start as early as late 2006). People today still call WMM the worlds crappy video editor as to how limited and small variety of effects are.

There are countless versions of Windows Movie Maker...

WMM 2.0 - First windows movie maker - (Better than the latest one.)
WMM 2.6 - Improved
WLMM - Okay...
WMM 2012 - Downhill (In my opinion)

Also known for its lag, best known for its rendering time.
Hey, do you still use Windows Movie Maker?
