A playful way to refer to somone who you're somewhat close with. Most of the time it's used at the end of a sentence.

Person A: Hey, can I borrow $5?
Person B: Alright, but I better have my money back tomorrow, cousin-boy.
Person A: No problem.

refers to a paint job, sound system, rims or anything else to do with a vehicle that comes standard with the vehicle.

when somone,usually a female, talks too much especially about things that most males would consider to be unimportant or uninteresting.

a person, usually female, who as sexual relations, especially oral, with many people for little or no gain. See also ho and jd. Can be used as an noun or a verb.
