To get mad and/or offended about something.

I wanted to tell Ricky about how good his ex-girlfriend was looking when I last seen her but he was with his new girl and I didn't want her to get in her chest about it.

A playful way to refer to somone who you're somewhat close with. Most of the time it's used at the end of a sentence.

Person A: Hey, can I borrow $5?
Person B: Alright, but I better have my money back tomorrow, cousin-boy.
Person A: No problem.

A ran-together version of "for sure, though". It's used as confirmation or agreement for something.
