a person, usually female, who as sexual relations, especially oral, with many people for little or no gain. See also ho and jd. Can be used as an noun or a verb.

Noun: You know that one girl Tina up the street? She a jump down.

Verb: Tina was jumpin' down on every last one of them dudes at the party.
