handiparking

Any able bodied Person that knowingly parks in a handicap parking space solely for the purpose of making it more convenient and handy to them.

Any able bodied Person that gets caught handiparking will surely get a ticket.
If you park in a handicap parking space without any sort of proof of disability, you are considered to be handiparking.

Abbreviation for "Race Driven Voters."
To make ones skin color the top priority when casting a Vote for President.
Any Election that is steered by Race alone.

The 2008 Presidential Election may be decided by the RDV'S.
Sadly, the RDV'S have turned this whole election into what is to be know as The Great Ethnic War.
