Dustbin

This is Cockney rhyming slang for a Jewish person;
Dustbin lid = Yid

It is moderately impolite.
It can be used with or without the second word "lid"; in traditional Cockney usage the "lid" would always be omitted.

2. Everyone knew Sammy was a Dustbin Lid.
